Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role at our on-site summer camp facilities. You will oversee prep and production for a designated day part, manage staff, and ensure allergen safety in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

This is a seasonal, on-site live-in position (May–Sept) with a 6-day/70-hour week expectation, offering competitive pay, a bonus, and full room & board. You will lead a dynamic team across multiple camp locations.

Formación

• 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and batch baking experience.
• ServSafe Allergens certification required before start date.
• Strong leadership, baking skills, adaptability with ingredients, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and train kitchen staff; foster a high-energy, positive environment.
• Oversee operational flow, portion control, menu specs, scratch cooking, and timely meal service.
• Manage allergen safety protocols and health department sanitation standards.
• Administer inventory management and assist with daily reporting.
• Serve as liaison between kitchen operations, campers, and camp leadership.
