Wolfoods seeks an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager to lead prep, production, and allergen safety at our high-volume summer camps. This on-site, live-in role requires hands-on leadership, staff training, and delivering scratch cuisine across designated day parts.

Expect a demanding, fast-paced environment with 6-day weeks, room and board provided, competitive pay and a performance bonus. You’ll steward inventory, health standards, and camper satisfaction while guiding a dynamic kitchen team.

Formación

• 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch baking experience.
• ServSafe Allergens required before start date; company-sponsored.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and train kitchen staff; foster a high-energy, positive environment.
• Oversee operational flow, portion control, menu specs, scratch cooking execution and timely meal service.
• Strictly manage food allergy protocols (Kosher, Nut-Free, Gluten-Free, Vegan, etc.) and maintain top Health Department sanitation standards.
• Manage inventory and assist with daily reporting.
• Serve as a liaison between kitchen operations, campers, and camp leadership.
