IT’SUGAR is hiring a Retail Keyholder to deliver a SWEET customer experience and support store operations in San Diego, CA. You will manage sales floor duties, engage customers, and ensure visual standards while handling register transactions.

The role requires 18+ years old, HS diploma preferred, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Training and advancement opportunities are available, with strong product knowledge and team collaboration emphasized.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a retail setting is preferred.
• Ability to operate a POS/cash register and handle transactions.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move up to 25 lbs. with/without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with requests and inquiries.
• Follow engagement model and promote brand experiences.
• Keep sales floor clean, organized, and visually aligned with standards.
• Open or close the store as needed and maintain cash handling records.
