IT’SUGAR in McAllen, TX is seeking a fun and dynamic Retail Keyholder to join our team as the premier SUGARTAINER, delivering a SWEET customer experience while promoting our brand. Responsibilities include assisting customers, operating POS, merchandising, and opening/closing the store; flexible schedule; 18+, HS diploma preferred; 6 months retail experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6 months in a similar retail role preferred.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to use a POS/cash register.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods; lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance.
• Must be able to work alone or with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional Customer Service: Assist customers with requests and inquiries; follow our engagement model; keep sales floor clean and organized; operate POS/cash register.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Follow through on customer requests and suggest additional products; explain benefits, features, prices, quality and value.
• Support Store Operations: Maintain cash handling records; open/close procedures; merchandise displays per guidelines; assist in events and promotions; follow LP policies.
