Sagent Behavioral Health is seeking a Substance Use Disorder Admissions Coordinator in Arden Hills, MN. This full-time role begins onsite for the first 90 days, then offers a hybrid or remote option.

You will route calls, schedule appointments, and manage referrals for Minnesota clinics while maintaining accurate patient records. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, strong empathy, excellent communication, and solid computer skills.

Qualificações

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Empathy and sensitivity when navigating patient situations with strong verbal communication.
• Self-motivated, able to multitask, manage stress, de-escalate, and problem solve.
• Proficient in use of computers and typing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Promptly respond to calls from patients and referents seeking SUD services and guide scheduling.
• Manage the EHR inbox and communicate scheduling outcomes to referents.
• Verify and update patient demographic information for accurate records.
• Address patient concerns and attend mandatory trainings and meetings.
