Job summary

Partners Behavioral Healthcare is seeking an Admissions Specialist in Saint Paul, MN. The role focuses on converting inquiries, referrals, and assessments into active enrollment, serving as a responsive, service-oriented first contact for clients and referrals.

The position supports intake paperwork, client and insurance verification, scheduling, and documentation in the Ritten EHR, with hours 9:00a-5:30p or 8:30a-5:00p, on-site five days a week.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in admissions, intake, or call center settings.
• Ability to pass MN DHS background study.
• On-site: 40 hours/week, no remote option.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries and referrals to move them toward enrollment.
• Lead admissions conversations, identify barriers, and drive timely decisions.
• Track leads through intake, assessment, enrollment, or loss of contact.
• Coordinate scheduling and intake activities with efficiency.
• Document updates in the EHR and verify client information.
