RTX's Advanced Effector Guidance Systems team in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Subsystem Electrical Engineer II to contribute to testing and troubleshooting Guidance Electronics. You will integrate electronics during development, validate designs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and government customers.

The role emphasizes hands-on lab work, documentation of requirements and test plans, and mentoring within a missile systems culture focused on reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in STEM and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience with electrical hardware development and/or testing.
• Experience in sub-systems, systems engineering requirement development and/or requirement validation.
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

• Integrate and validate electronics design during development phase.
• Develop and document subsystem requirements and test plans; conduct peer reviews of designs.
• Collaborate with functional and program management, mentors and customers.
