RTX seeks a Subsystem Electrical Engineer II in Tucson to contribute to Advanced Effector Guidance Systems. You will work on testing and integrating guidance electronics hardware for missile systems, including development, validation, and design refinement.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring colleagues, and supporting multiple programs in a lab/office setting. U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience with electrical hardware development and/or testing.
• Experience in sub-systems, systems engineering requirement development and/or requirement validation.
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
