Job summary

RTX is seeking a Subsystem Electrical Engineer II to join the Advanced Effector Guidance Systems team. You will help integrate and validate Guidance Electronics, test hardware, analyze performance, and support design iterations across programs.

The role is conducted in office and lab settings with potential field work and travel. U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Secret clearance are required to start, with Tucson, AZ as a primary location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in STEM and 2+ years in electrical hardware development or testing
• 2+ years’ experience with subsystems and requirement development/validation
• Active and transferable DoD clearance; U.S. citizenship required

Responsibilities

• Integrate and validate electronics during development; test hardware and analyze performance.
• Develop subsystem requirements and test plans; conduct peer reviews.
• Mentor and be mentored within Missile Systems culture.
• Travel may be required, including foreign travel.
