RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Subsystem Electrical Engineer II to join the Advanced Effector Guidance Systems team. You'll integrate and validate electronics, work in office and lab with potential travel, and collaborate with program teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's in STEM and at least two years of electrical hardware experience, plus active DoD security clearance and U.S. citizenship.

Formación

• Bachelor’s in STEM with minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years' experience with electrical hardware development and/or testing.
• Experience in sub-systems, systems engineering requirement development and/or requirement validation.
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsabilidades

• Integrate and validate electronics design during development phase.
• Test hardware, assess performance, resolve failures.
• Collaborate with design teams and interface with missile-level engineers.
• Develop subsystem requirements and test plans; perform peer reviews.
• Mentor and collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team; travel as needed.
