Job summary

ECS4Kids seeks a Substitute Teacher to provide a warm, nurturing learning environment for children birth to age 5. You will support planned activities, implement curriculum, and model positive guidance in a diverse classroom setting.

You will collaborate with staff, maintain records, and communicate with families to promote developmental milestones while ensuring safety and compliance with ECS policies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Primary Caregiver/Teacher when regular teacher is absent.
• Assist with planned activities and implement age-appropriate curriculum.
• Provide positive guidance and uphold ECS Discipline Policy.
• Foster relationships to support social-emotional development.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and record-keeping duties.
