ECS4Kids seeks a Substitute Lead/Assistant Teacher to support daily operations in an early childhood setting. You will help implement activities, monitor safety, and promote a nurturing learning environment for young children.

Under the Center Manager, you will collaborate with staff and families to ensure quality care and education aligned with Head Start standards. Training and professional development are encouraged.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with Head Start or early childhood programs is a plus.
• Ability to work with diverse families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead/Assistant Teacher when regular teacher is absent.
• Support developmentally appropriate activities for children.
• Maintain safe, clean classroom and cooperate with kitchen/cleaning duties.
• Communicate with families and staff to support learning.
