Qualus seeks a Protection & Control Engineer in Raleigh, North Carolina, focusing on the design and development of substation Protection & Control engineering packages. You will coordinate across teams, develop engineering design packages, and maintain client relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience developing utility substation P&C engineering design packages.
• Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) License and desire for Professional Engineer (PE) License.
• Physical design experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Substation Physical Engineering and other groups for design concurrence.
• Develop complete engineering design packages for protective relaying and communication systems.
• Provide technical direction and on-the-job training to team members.
