Job summary

HDR Engineering is seeking a Substation Project Manager to lead substation projects across the United States. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and client relationships while guiding design teams through project execution.

Preferred candidates hold FE/PE or PMP, with 7+ years of project management experience and the ability to collaborate across multiple offices and with stakeholders in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 7 years related experience.
• 2+ years project management experience.
• Ability to interact with design teams and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Managing and leading projects and programs throughout the life cycle.
• Oversee project teams and assign roles and responsibilities.
• QA/QC process per HDR’s QMS requirements and ensure quality.
• Support client management and regional business development activities.
• Coordinate hiring plans with leadership for growth across offices.
• Collaborate across multiple HDR offices to execute projects.
