Job summary

Think Power Solutions is seeking a Field Construction Coordinator to oversee contractors performing construction on the Owner's electric transmission system. You will ensure contract compliance, safety, and adherence to design specifications while coordinating field activities and schedules.

You’ll juggle office and field duties across multiple projects, communicate progress to stakeholders, and help resolve design, material, or performance issues to keep projects on track and within spec.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant work experience (i.e. Transmission/Substation/Journey Lineman).
• Experience in the Utility industry is a plus.
• Compliance management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contractors on the Owner's electric transmission system, ensuring contract compliance and safety standards.
• Coordinate construction projects including upgrades and new substation builds.
• Identify and resolve issues that could hinder project success (design, materials, contractor performance).
• Support development and maintenance of project construction schedules.
• Coordinate field activities and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Balance office and field duties as needed by project requirements.
