Job summary

Think Power Solutions is seeking a Field Construction Coordinator to oversee contractors on the Owner's electric transmission system. This role ensures contract compliance, safety, and adherence to design specifications while managing field and office duties.

You will coordinate schedules, monitor progress across multiple substations and upgrades, identify issues, and provide updates to stakeholders. Travel and physical effort are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant work experience in Transmission/Substation/Journey Lineman.
• Valid driver’s license and US work eligibility without sponsorship.
• Proficient with a computer, iPad and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure contractors comply with contracts and safety standards.
• Oversee construction projects including upgrades and substations.
• Identify and resolve design, material, or contractor issues.
• Develop and maintain project construction schedules.
• Coordinate on-site activities between multiple entities.
• Provide regular updates on construction progress to stakeholders.
• Balance office and field duties as needed.
