Job summary

Think Power Solutions is seeking a Field Construction Coordinator to oversee contractors on the Owner's electric transmission system. The role blends office and fieldwork, coordinating schedules and progress across multiple substations and upgrades.

You will identify issues, ensure contract compliance, and provide regular updates to stakeholders while managing several projects concurrently. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Transmission/Substation/Journey Lineman roles.
• Experience working in the utility industry is highly preferred.
• Experience with compliance management is a plus.
• Proficient with computer, iPad, and Microsoft Office products.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure contractors comply with contracts and safety standards on the transmission system.
• Oversee a range of construction projects, including upgrades and new substations.
• Identify and help resolve issues affecting project success (design, materials, contractor performance).
• Support development and maintenance of project construction schedules.
• Coordinate site-wide efforts between multiple entities for smooth operations.
• Update and communicate construction status and progress to stakeholders.
• Balance office and field duties as project needs require.
