Job summary

Think Power Solutions LLC is seeking a Field Construction Coordinator to oversee contractors on the Owner's electric transmission system, ensuring contract compliance, safety, and adherence to design specs. You’ll manage a variety of projects, from upgrades to new substations, coordinating field activities and communicating progress to stakeholders.

The role requires a mix of office and fieldwork, with travel as needed, and a focus on problem-solving, communication, and leadership to keep

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant work experience in Transmission/Substation/Journey Lineman
• Proficient with computers, iPad and Microsoft Office
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Experience in the Utility industry is a plus
• Experience in compliance management is a plus

Responsibilities

• Ensure contractors comply with contracts and safety standards on the Owner's electric transmission system.
• Oversee construction projects including upgrades and new substation builds.
• Identify and assist in resolving issues that could hinder project success (design problems, material shortages, contractor performance).
• Support development and maintenance of project construction schedules.
• Coordinate on-site efforts among various entities to ensure smooth operations.
• Update construction status and project progress to stakeholders.
• Balance office and field duties as required by project needs.
