Job summary

Think Power Solutions is seeking a Field Construction Coordinator to oversee contractors performing construction on the Owner's electric transmission system. This role ensures contract compliance, safe work practices, and adherence to design specifications while coordinating field activities, schedules, and communications with project stakeholders across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant work experience in Transmission/Substation/Journey Lineman
• Experience in the Utility industry is a plus
• Proficient with a computer, iPad and Microsoft Office products
• Good communication skills, verbal and written

Responsibilities

• Ensure contractors comply with contracts and safety standards on the electric transmission system
• Oversee construction projects including upgrades and substations
• Identify and resolve issues that could hinder project success (design, material, contractor performance)
• Develop and maintain project construction schedules
• Coordinate on-site efforts and communicate progress to stakeholders
• Balance office and field duties according to project needs
