Job summary

Think Power Solutions is seeking a Field Construction Coordinator to oversee contractors on the Owner's electric transmission system. You will manage field and office activities across projects from substation upgrades to new builds, ensuring contract compliance and safe work practices.

You will coordinate schedules, resolve design and materials issues, and communicate progress to stakeholders, balancing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant work experience (e.g., Transmission/Substation/Journey Lineman).
• Experience in the Utility industry is a plus and highly preferred.
• Compliance management experience is a plus.
• Proficient with a computer, iPad and Microsoft Office products.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Ensure contractors comply with contracts and safety standards on the Owner's electric transmission system.
• Oversee construction projects, including upgrades and new substation builds.
• Identify and resolve issues impacting project success, such as design problems or contractor performance.
• Support the development and maintenance of project construction schedules.
• Coordinate efforts between on-site teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide regular updates on construction status and progress to stakeholders.
• Balance office and field duties as project needs dictate.
