Job summary

Think Power Solutions seeks a Field Construction Coordinator to supervise contractors on the Owner's electric transmission system. You’ll ensure contract compliance, safety, and adherence to design specs while coordinating field activities across multiple projects.

The role involves both office and fieldwork, with responsibilities shifting as project needs dictate, and requires extensive experience in transmission/substation work.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant work experience in Transmission/Substation/Journey Lineman roles.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Ensure contractors comply with contracts and safety standards.
• Oversee construction projects including upgrades and new substations.
• Identify and resolve design, material, or contractor issues impacting projects.
• Support development and maintenance of construction schedules.
• Coordinate on-site efforts and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Balance office and field duties as needed.
