Job summary

Think Power Solutions is seeking a Field Construction Coordinator to supervise contractors on the Owner's electric transmission system and ensure strict contract compliance and safety. The role spans upgrades and new substation builds, with field and office duties balanced to keep projects on schedule.

You will coordinate activities across sites, resolve design, material, or contractor issues, and communicate progress to stakeholders, supporting successful, compliant project execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant work experience (Transmission/Substation/Journey Lineman).
• Experience working in the Utility industry is a plus.
• Compliance management experience is a plus.
• Proficient at using a computer, iPad and Microsoft Office products.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must currently be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contractors performing construction on the Owner's electric transmission system.
• Ensure contracts and safety standards are followed during construction.
• Oversee upgrades and new substation builds across projects.
• Identify and resolve issues that could affect project success (design, material, contractor performance).
• Support development and maintenance of project construction schedules.
• Coordinate on-site efforts between multiple entities for smooth operations.
• Provide regular updates on construction progress to stakeholders.
