Job summary

The Perry Group, a CDM Smith company, is seeking an experienced design-build/EPC Project Manager with significant substations experience to lead complex projects in a fast-paced environment. You will define project scope, develop schedules and budgets, manage costs, and ensure profitability while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, 13+ years of relevant work experience, and PMI/PMP, CCM or DBIA certification within 12 months

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Thirteen (13) or more years of relevant work experience.
• PMP, CCM or DBIA certification is required within 12 months of hire or promotion.

Responsibilities

• Creates project definitions, schedules, budgets, and objectives for projects.
• Prepares detailed statements of work with work breakdown structures and budgets.
• Manages project costs and profitability.
• Prepares and reviews client billings and ensures timely payments.
• Monitors project risks and escalates as needed.
• Coordinates and monitors technical work of each task/deliverable.
• Mentors less experienced Project Managers.
• Prepares monthly reports and bid packages.
