Job summary

The Perry Group, a CDM Smith company, is seeking an experienced design-build/EPC Project Manager with significant experience with substations to lead complex projects for clients in the United States.

Responsibilities include defining scope, schedules, budgets, risk management, and client communications, mentoring junior managers, and coordinating with engineering and construction teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 13+ years of relevant work experience.
• PMP, CCM or DBIA certification required within 12 months.
• Significant design-build/EPC experience with substations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create project definitions, schedules, budgets and objectives.
• Manage costs and profitability; oversee client billings and payments.
• Coordinate engineering and construction teams; mentor junior PMs.
• Prepare and review change notices, reports, bid packages and addenda.
• Monitor risks, schedules and deliverables; communicate with stakeholders.
