Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Thirteen or more years of relevant work experience.
• PMP (PMI), CCM or DBIA certification required within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Creates project definitions, schedules, budgets, and objectives for projects.
• Manages project costs and ensures profitability, and handles client billings and payments.
• Prepares and reviews subcontracts and change management documentation.
• Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders and mentors junior PMs.
• Prepares monthly reports, bid packages, addenda, and closeout documentation.
