Job summary

The Perry Group, a CDM Smith company, is seeking an experienced design-build/EPC Project Manager with substantial substations experience. You will lead definition, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management across multi-discipline teams, ensuring profitability and timely client billings.

Required: Bachelor's degree, 13+ years of experience, and PMP/CCM/DBIA certification within 12 months of hire. Travel up to 10% as needed in a US-based role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 13+ years of relevant work experience
• PMP (PMI), CCM or DBIA certification is required within 12 months of hire or promotion onto the Approved Project Manager list

Responsibilities

• Creates project definitions, schedules, budgets and objectives for projects.
• Prepares detailed statements of work with work breakdown structures and budgets, obtaining concurrence from stakeholders.
• Manages project costs and profitability to ensure project success.
• Performs ongoing review of project status and escalates risks appropriately.
• Coordinates and monitors the technical work of each task and deliverable.
• Prepares monthly reports and bid packages; distributes addenda and contract modifications.
