Telecare is seeking a Substance Use Counselor Case Manager to support individuals with mental illness and substance use in the San Diego area. The role focuses on helping clients live as independently as possible in their community, with shifts 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

The position offers a competitive wage with geographic differentials, starting at $26.46 per hour and up to $32.69 per hour, plus benefits. Local travel may be required and driving is sometimes needed.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED with CADC/CATC/SUDCC/SUDCC II/III/IV or WA equivalents
• Minimum 6 months' experience in addictions setting
• All certifications must be maintained for duration of employment
• Must be CPR, First Aid, and CPI certified by start date
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle insurance

• Serve as primary support and case manager for individuals with mental illness focusing on substance use
• Assist clients to live independently in their chosen community
• Coordinate billing basics and transportation as needed
