Job summary

Fox News Media is seeking a Manager, Insights & Analytics to support the FOX Nation subscription portfolio. You will own measurement of acquisition, conversion, retention, CPA, and CRM/lifecycle programs that guide marketing spend and engagement across channels.

The role emphasizes SQL, cohort analysis, and engagement measurement, with opportunities to work across web, mobile, CTV, and third-party platforms. Strong analytics and BI skills are required.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills to write queries with joins, aggregations, and CTEs.
• Experience in marketing analytics, subscription or growth analytics, or related quantitative roles.
• Marketing intuition for how channels, campaigns, and offers affect subscriber behavior.
• Experience analyzing subscription lifecycle metrics: acquisition, churn, retention.
• Understanding of marketing attribution (first-touch and multi-touch).
• Proficiency with BI/visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Clear communication of data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with CRM/lifecycle platforms (Braze) and data reconciliation.
• Experience with billing platforms (Recurly, Zuora, Stripe).
• Knowledge of analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, GA4).
• Prior media/subscription business experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategist for marketing, acquisition, win-back, and retention efforts.
• Own recurring reports on subscriber metrics: acquisition, retention, churn, cancellations.
• Analyze campaign performance across channels and link spend to subscriber outcomes.
• Own CPA calculations and marketing spend efficiency analyses.
• Build dashboards tracking key subscription metrics (churn, cancel rate, plan mix, CPA).
• Conduct cohort analyses by channel, offer, plan type, tenure.
• Investigate churn drivers and share actionable takeaways.
• Analyze pricing, packaging, promotions to inform offers.
