Job summary

FOX News Media seeks a Director of Insights & Analytics to own subscription analytics for FOX Nation and future services. You will write SQL, define a new subscriber metric framework, and present results to senior executives to shape content, marketing, product, and pricing strategy.

The role also includes leading two managers and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will anchor data integrity and governance, work with Snowflake/Databricks, and drive strategic discussions on content

Qualifications

Deep experience in subscription analytics and lifecycle (acquisition, retention, churn).
Ability to independently access, join, and analyze data across large sources.
Strong communication skills to translate data into actionable insights for executives.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end analytics for FOX Nation and expanding subscription services.
Develop and evolve subscriber metric framework across products.
Lead engagement and cohort analyses to inform acquisition and pricing strategy.
Partner with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Data Engineering to drive decisions.
Manage two managers and review analytical work before presenting to senior stakeholders.
