Job summary

Fox News Media seeks a Manager of Insights & Analytics to own measurement for subscriber acquisition, retention, churn, and engagement across FOX Nation and related platforms.

You will write SQL, build dashboards, and partner with Marketing to optimize offers, campaigns, and lifecycle programs. Strong communication and data storytelling skills are essential to influence cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills and ability to write complex queries
• Experience in marketing analytics or subscription analytics
• Marketing intuition and ability to translate data into business actions
• Experience with subscription and lifecycle metrics (acq, churn, retention)
• Familiarity with marketing attribution models (first-touch/multi-touch)
• Proficiency with BI tools (Looker/Tableau/Power BI) and Excel/Sheets
• Experience with Braze; knowledge of billing platforms a plus
• Background in media, streaming, publishing, or content subscriptions a plus

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategist for marketing, acquisition, win-back, and retention efforts.
• Own recurring reporting on subscriber metrics including acquisition, retention, churn, and cancellations.
• Analyze campaign performance across channels and link spend to outcomes.
• Build dashboards tracking CPA, plan mix, churn, and related metrics.
• Conduct cohort analyses by channel, offer, plan type, and tenure.
• Develop CRM lifecycle measurement and attribution models.
• Support experimentation and isolate factors affecting outcomes.
• Ensure data quality and resolve discrepancies between sources.
