Job summary

FOX News Media seeks a Manager, Insights & Analytics to support subscription products, led by FOX Nation. You will measure acquisition, retention, and engagement, and own dashboards tracking CPA, churn, and plan mix. Partner with Marketing to optimize campaigns and pricing strategies.

Strong SQL, data storytelling, and BI experience are essential. The role focuses on lifecycle measurement across email, in-app, and other channels, with opportunities to influence offer design and onboarding

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills to write complex queries.
• Experience in marketing analytics, subscription or growth analytics.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and storytelling for non-technical partners.
• Familiarity with attribution modeling and lifecycle metrics.
• Proficiency with BI tools (Looker/Tableau/Power BI) and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics for subscriber acquisition, retention, churn, and cancellations.
• Analyze marketing campaign performance by channel and optimize spend.
• Build dashboards tracking key subscription metrics (CPA, churn, plan mix).
• Develop and refine attribution models to quantify marketing impact.
• Support CRM and lifecycle measurement across email, push, in-app, and SMS.
