Job summary

FOX News Media seeks a Manager, Insights & Analytics to lead marketing analytics for subscription products, owning measurement of acquisition, retention, churn, and engagement across channels. You will craft data-driven insights, write SQL, and partner with marketing to optimize offers, pricing, and lifecycle programs.

You will build dashboards, perform cohort analyses, and ensure data quality across CRM and engagement platforms, driving informed decision-making for FOX Nation subscriptions.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills enabling independent query writing with joins, aggregations and CTEs.
• Experience in marketing analytics, subscription or growth analytics, or similar quantitative roles.
• Marketing intuition for how acquisition channels and campaigns affect subscriber behavior.
• Experience analyzing subscription and lifecycle metrics (acquisition, churn, retention).
• Understanding of marketing attribution (first-touch and multi-touch).
• Comfort with BI/visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) for reporting.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets abilities for ad hoc analysis.
• Excellent communication to explain findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Attention to data quality and discrepancy troubleshooting.
• Experience with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor) a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Braze CRM or lifecycle platforms for campaign reporting.
• Familiarity with billing platforms (Recurly, Zuora, Stripe) a plus.
• Experience with Adobe Analytics/GA4 or similar engagement metrics tools a plus.
• Previous work in media/subscription businesses a plus.
• Bachelor’s in quantitative field or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Serve as key strategist for marketing, acquisition, win-back, and retention efforts with concrete recommendations.
• Own recurring reports on subscriber metrics: acquisition, retention, churn, cancellations.
• Partner with Marketing to analyze campaign performance and connect spend to outcomes.
• Own CPA calculations and spend efficiency analysis across channels, campaigns, and offers.
• Build and maintain dashboards tracking key metrics like churn, cancel rate, plan mix, CPA.
• Conduct cohort analyses by channel, offer, plan type, tenure.
• Investigate drivers of churn and flag actionable takeaways for stakeholders.
• Analyze pricing, packaging, and promotions to inform offers.
