Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills and ability to write complex queries (joins, aggregations, CTEs).
• Experience in marketing analytics, subscription or growth analytics, or related quantitative role.
• Marketing intuition and ability to translate data into actionable insights for non-technical partners.
• Experience analyzing subscription/lifecycle metrics (acquisition, churn, retention).
• Understanding of marketing attribution (first-touch/multi-touch).
• Familiarity with BI tools (Looker/Tableau/Power BI) and Excel/Sheets for ad hoc analysis.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key strategist for marketing, acquisition, win-back, and retention efforts.
• Own recurring reporting on subscriber acquisition, retention, churn, and cancellations.
• Partner with Marketing to analyze campaign performance and connect spend to subscriber outcomes.
• Develop CPA calculations and measure marketing spend efficiency by channel and offer.
• Build dashboards tracking subscription metrics such as churn, CPA, plan mix, and retention.
