Job summary

Fox News Media is seeking a Manager, Insights & Analytics to own analytics across the subscription life cycle for FOX Nation and related products. You will write SQL against subscription, billing, and engagement data, develop cohort analyses, and partner with marketing, product, and finance to translate insights into action.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills and ability to troubleshoot queries against large datasets.
• Experience in subscription, growth, product, marketing, or media analytics.
• Genuine curiosity about the subscriber lifecycle and engagement.
• Experience analyzing acquisition, churn, retention, and LTV metrics.
• Comfort with BI/visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain data to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and own engagement reporting for subscription products across channels and platforms.
• Analyze subscriber acquisition, retention, churn, cancellations, and plan mix and their impact on engagement.
• Connect engagement to retention and inform onboarding, content, and lifecycle recommendations.
• Build and maintain dashboards tracking key subscription and engagement metrics with Data Engineering.
• Flag data quality issues and anomalies; partner with analytics engineers to resolve.
• Translate analysis into clear summaries and actionable recommendations for multiple stakeholders.
