Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Six years of claims experience or equivalent.
• Licenses as required.
• Strong oral and written communication, including presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the recovery team pursuing subrogation recoveries across jurisdictions and lines of business.
• Ensure compliance with recovery procedures and quality standards.
• Provide guidance on complex cases and supervise the litigation workflow.
• Review and authorize payments within delegated authority and train staff on processes.
• Conduct supervisory claim reviews and drive cost containment strategies.
• Develop training material and lead department-wide training opportunities.
