• Analyzes mid- and higher-level auto claims to determine damages and reserve values.
• Approves and processes assigned claims, determines benefits, and manages action plans.
• Manages subrogation of claims and negotiates settlements.
• Communicates claim actions with claimants and clients; documents files and coding.
• Travel may be required and adherence to company policies and standards.
