Sedgwick is seeking an entry-level Claims Associate - Recovery in the West Des Moines, IA area to process and review subrogation claims and support the Claims Recovery Team. You will assist with monthly payment processing, coordinate with collection agencies, and ensure adherence to company guidelines.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of general office experience or equivalent required.
• Claims industry experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Process and review subrogation claims across lines of business and jurisdictions.
• Maintain a monthly diary and ensure timely payment.
• Process recoveries in claims systems to apply recovery dollars.
• Work with collections agencies and document details in files.
• Use technology to complete investigations and respond to clients.
• Approve and/or pay bills as appropriate.
• Prepare status reports for clients.
