Venbrook Group, LLC is seeking a Director of Subrogation to lead and grow the subrogation department. This role owns end-to-end recovery operations, data infrastructure, client relationships, and growth strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• JD, MBA, or relevant designations (CPCU, AIC, CSRP) preferred.
• 10+ years of subrogation or claims recovery experience across multiple lines.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience managing managers or multi-level teams.
• Proven track record building or scaling a subrogation function with measurable gains.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision, strategy, and annual goals for the subrogation department aligned with Venbrook's priorities.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory, workload, and service standards.
• Lead modernization of technology and data infrastructure for subrogation, including analytics and AI tools.
• Manage client relationships, performance reviews, and retention efforts across key accounts.
• Establish QA, compliance, vendor management, and cross-functional partnerships.
