• 10+ years of subrogation or claims recovery experience across multiple lines.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience managing managers or multi-level teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the subrogation department's vision, strategy, and annual goals.
• Build and refine operating models, workflows, and KPIs for recoveries.
• Oversee high-value recoveries, coordination with outside counsel and partners, and compliance.
