Serco Inc. seeks a Submarine Transition Analyst to provide programmatic support to NAVSEA customers in the Washington, DC area.

The role emphasizes ownership, process improvement, and building tools to increase visibility and reduce backlog while supporting fleet readiness. The ideal candidate will have an Interim Secret clearance, US citizenship, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and extensive experience with Navy programs, schedules, and contract verification.

Qualifikationen

• Active Interim Secret Clearance is required or ability to obtain/maintain
• US Citizenship is required
• Bachelor’s degree in business or technical field or equivalent
• Extensive experience in engineering/science management, operations research, financial/cost analysis, or major defense programs
• Significant Navy program or fleet operations experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to travel at least 10% of the time

Aufgaben

• Draft, review, and manage transition agreements between PMS 397, PMS 396, NAVFAC, CNIC, and local TRFs
• Verify resources and ensure contract/onsite support for TRFs
• Apply digital tools (SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform) to optimize workflows
• Align activities with POM requirements and out-year budgets
• Identify lessons learned and integrate into transition plans
• Liaise with NAVSEA Program Offices, NAVFAC, CNIC, and external stakeholders
