Job summary

You will draft transition agreements, verify resources and contracts, and optimize workflows using digital tools to support in-service maintenance and fleet readiness. The role requires an Interim Secret clearance, strong communication, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with NAVSEA Program Offices and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Active Interim Secret Clearance required or able to obtain/maintain secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage transition agreements between PMS 397, PMS 396, NAVFAC, CNIC, and local TRFs.
