Serco Inc. is seeking a Submarine Transition Analyst to provide programmatic support to NAVSEA customers in the Washington, DC area.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to delineate transition scope, align resources, and improve processes with digital tools such as SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform. The role emphasizes ownership, reliability, and proactive risk management to support fleet readiness and in-service maintenance.

Qualificações

• Active interim secret clearance with ability to obtain/maintain an active secret clearance.
• US citizenship is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or technical field or equivalent experience.
• Significant Navy program or fleet operations experience preferred.
• Experience adopting digital tools to optimize processes.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, and manage transition agreements and scope delineation.
• Integrate TRF operations and availabilities with maintenance needs.
• Verify resources and on-site support at TRFs.
• Leverage digital platforms to streamline workflows and tracking.
• Ensure POM requirements and out-year budget alignment.
• Capture lessons learned and update transition plans.
• Coordinate with NAVSEA, NAVFAC, CNIC and external stakeholders.
