Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Program Analyst to provide programmatic support to NAVSEA stakeholders in the Washington, DC area. You will review documents, manage POA&Ms, track actions, and prepare analyses for senior decision-makers, including coordination with UK and US Navy teams.

The role emphasizes SME support, meeting coordination, and ensuring deliverables meet Serco’s QA standards. A Secret clearance and US citizenship are required, with significant experience in programs and strong written

Qualifications

Ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret clearance.
US Citizenship is required.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 4 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
8 years of experience in a program/analyst role is preferred.

Responsibilities

Review presentations, briefs, and formal correspondence for NAVSEA review and final approval.
Maintain Plans of Actions and Milestones (POA&M) as required.
Interface with stakeholders to track action items and advise on program status.
Provide information and recommendations to senior decision-makers through written materials.
Coordinate with US/UK stakeholders and provide SME support for analyses.
