Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Subcontracts Team Lead to manage a working team responsible for review, issuance, and management of subcontracts and change orders across projects and regions. This role blends leadership with hands-on contract execution and ongoing mentorship.

You’ll guide the team in subcontract issuance, documentation, and compliance, while collaborating with operations and design partners to ensure terms align with company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Project Management, or related field.
• Seven (7) or more years of subcontract management or contract administrator experience in the construction industry, preferably in electrical contracting.
• Thorough knowledge of electrical equipment and construction materials.
• Working knowledge of procurement techniques, procedures, policies and accounting.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Strong supervisory skills and ability to mentor staff.
• Ability to delegate work effectively and oversee people and projects.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, evaluate, and mentor work team on meeting or exceeding performance goals.
• Oversee subcontract issuance and review details and documentation.
• Coordinate with operations and departments on contract terms and possible modifications.
• Establish and maintain project knowledge base across regions.
• Conduct trainings on subcontract processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with managers to foster subcontractor partnerships and future work.
