Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Subcontracts Team Lead to guide a working team responsible for review, issuance, and management of subcontracts across multiple projects. This leadership role combines contract administration with mentorship and hands-on oversight.

You will coordinate with Operations, prequalification, and design teams to ensure compliance with policies, drive performance metrics, and foster strong subcontractor partnerships across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Project Management, or related field.
• Seven or more years of subcontract management or contract administrator experience in the construction industry, electrical contracting preferred.
• Ability to delegate, supervise, mentor staff, and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, evaluate, and mentor work team on performance goals and expectations.
• Oversee subcontract issuance, advising on and reviewing details and documentation as required.
• Manage projects across regions, ensuring completeness and accuracy of agreements.
• Provide coaching and performance input to Direct Manager.
• Coordinate with Operations for requisite documentation and contract terms.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of projects across regions.
• Present and train Operations teams on subcontract processes and policies.
• Collaborate with Operations and other departments on subcontractor performance.
