Rosendin is seeking a Subcontract Specialist in Texas to manage subcontract documents, change orders, and procurement activities for major electrical projects. You will ensure timely, accurate processing and maintain strong contractor relationships.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in construction purchasing or contract administration, with attention to detail and solid communication skills. This role supports project teams across departments and upholds Rosendin's ownership culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of construction purchasing or contract admin experience, preferably in electrical construction.
• Strong attention to detail, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and confirm subcontracts and related docs for completeness and accuracy.
• Determine processing method based on contract value and timelines.
• Address discrepancies and ensure compliance in documentation.
• Issue and maintain subcontracts, design service agreements, and change orders.
• Support development of department instructions and procedures.
• Conduct subcontract audits to ensure adherence to policies.
• Foster subcontractor partnerships to enable future work.
• Collect and summarize subcontract data and trends for management.
• Coordinate with departments on agreements and change orders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
