Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Subcontract Team Lead to manage a work team responsible for review, issuance, and management of subcontracts and change orders across multiple projects in diverse regions.

This working manager role provides oversight, guidance, and mentorship to the team to ensure compliance with company policies. You will lead subcontract issuance, collaborate with operations and other departments, and help maintain a knowledge base of projects to anticipate future

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, project management, or related field.
• 7+ years of subcontract management experience in construction, preferably electrical.
• Strong supervisory and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, evaluate, and mentor work team on meeting performance goals and expectations.
• Oversee subcontract issuance, including reviewing details and documentation.
• Coordinate with Operations and upper management on contract terms and modifications.
• Summarize and evaluate data and trends for reporting to leadership.
• Provide training on subcontract processes and department workflows.
