Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC (KBS) seeks a Subcontractor Compliance Manager to lead onboarding, qualification, and ongoing compliance across subcontractors. This role emphasizes risk mitigation, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of administrative experience, strong data analysis and leadership skills, and a background in supply chain or contracts.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of customer service and supply chain management principles.
• 5 years’ experience in administrative procedures.
• Experience with contracts, insurance, payroll, or human resources is preferred.
• Facilities maintenance experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads subcontractor onboarding and qualification processes.
• Develops training materials and process documentation.
• Produces ad-hoc reports tracking workload and project status.
• Interacts with cross-functional teams to mitigate subcontractor risk.
• Supports subcontractor contract negotiation and related activities.
• Ensures compliance with safety guidelines and company policies.
