Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC is seeking a Subcontract Compliance Manager in Oceanside, CA. The role focuses on leading the subcontractor lifecycle, onboarding, qualification, and risk mitigation across cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will drive process improvements, develop training materials, and generate ad-hoc reports to support continuous performance. Strong leadership and data analysis skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience and knowledge of administrative procedures.
• Experience with contracts, insurance, legal, payroll, or human resources is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develops or revises training documentation such as process flowcharts, guidance documents, and procedure manuals.
• Provides training and guidance to support staff to ensure performance focused on protecting KBS and its customers from supply chain risk.
• Regularly meets with support staff to review performance measurements, provide constructive feedback, brainstorm and share ideas.
• Assists with subcontractor contract negotiation.
• Develops ad-hoc reports to assist team with tracking workload and status of ongoing projects.
• Provides management reports as needed to Director of Subcontractor Compliance.
• Assesses current processes on a frequent basis to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Implements improvements and documents procedures based on metrics and leadership input.
• Sets up cross-functional meetings or conference calls to resolve issues and mitigate risk.
• Performs other related duties as required.
