Job summary

KBR is seeking a Manager, Subcontracts & Procurement to oversee subcontract administration across a program. You will qualify suppliers, issue RFPs, evaluate proposals, and maintain subcontract files per procedures, ensuring integration with cost, schedule, and quality management.

Under broad direction, you will lead multiple disciplines, help develop functional strategy, and potentially oversee global processes and procedures while mentoring a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree highly desired.
• Fifteen+ years in procurement/subcontract management with 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience with MAS and complex Subcontracts; Government contracting experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Drive major subcontract execution including cost, schedule, technical, and quality performance.
• Coordinate the seamless integration of Subcontracts with Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Planning teams.
• Serve as primary contact between subcontractor and project management; accountable to Supply Chain leadership.
• Oversee the procurement cycle across technical teams and suppliers.
